...I was an adjunct professor for Communication for two semesters at Southern Utah University and was a Presentation Specialist before that. While adjuncting, I worked as a Student Mentor for the Student Disabilities Center at my University. I also worked as an Academic Coach for an online high school where I met with them weekly on Skype. My Master's thesis was written on student learning. I have a passion for teaching and watching students succeed.

I have been tutoring in various subjects for nearly 15 years now. I can tutor various subjects with my strengths being in Reading, Languages, Literature, History and Science. I am best with math through 12th grade. I have experience helping students pass their GED and I can help with all of the sections including math, science, and reading. I am fairly proficient in Spanish, though I read and comprehend it better than I speak it.
