How can a Minneapolis MCAT class help me study?
Your MCAT class is constructed to help you receive an in-depth understanding of the MCAT and its contents. This standardized, computer-based, multiple-choice exam includes four sections. Students are scored on a scale of 118 to 132 on each section, and also receive an overall score that ranges from 472 to 528. If you want to do your best on this test, consider enrolling in an online MCAT class.
Before you take your MCAT, you should know that your exam may contain experimental questions that will not count towards your final score.
The first section of the MCAT is the Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems section. This portion of the exam asks 59 questions, including 10 passage based sets of questions with four to six questions per set. There are also 15 independent questions in this section. The Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems section asks questions related to the human body's systems, and tests an individual's knowledge related to basic biochemistry, introductory biology, introductory physics, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and general chemistry.
Up next is the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills portion of the MCAT. Here, students are asked 53 questions, with nine passage based sets of questions containing five to seven questions per passage. With help from a Minneapolis MCAT class, students can brush up on their knowledge of verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, and analytical skills to feel as prepared as possible on their test date.
The Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems section of the MCAT features 59 questions, including 15 independent questions and 10 passage based sets of questions with four to six questions per set. With this section, individuals are tested on their understanding of chemistry, biology, and biochemistry. Individuals should know how cells and organ systems within an organism act independently and work together to accomplish processes like growing and reproducing.
The final section of the MCAT is the Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundation of Behavior portion. Here, students are asked 59 questions, including 15 independent questions and 10 passage based sets of questions with four to six questions per set. This section focuses on skills related to serving an increasingly diverse population. I am passionate about theatre and love living in an area so close to the amazing hub that is New York City. I hope one day to have a theatre troupe that works alongside hospitals to perform for children and long term patients in order to bring them joy and aid their healing process.... I would find a way to link that skill or concept to something that they already understand or something about which they are passionate.
