Hello! I am a teacher who has stepped away from the classroom after 14 years of teaching math- ranging from 7th grade to 12th grade! Now, I am very excited to start tutoring students just like yourself! My favorite part of teaching, especially math, is helping a learner gain confidence in his or her ability and see that everyone, and anyone, can be a 'math person'!

...studied physics and math at Appalachian State University, worked with NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab on the Mars 2020 Rover, and travelled extensively. There are wonderful things to learn out there. Sometimes a little inspiration is all we need to fall in love with a new subject, or simply to pass a class. I hope to provide that inspiration and assistance to others in the same way that Leonard Susskind did for me years ago.
