I do have a preference for teaching Biology at multiple levels, but I also enjoy any of the other subjects listed above. To me, education is the foundation of a stable life, and learning is an "acquired taste" that you work towards one day at a time. I am deeply passionate about learning and believe wholeheartedly that anyone can enjoy learning if you attune your approach to meet the student's interests. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer, squash, hiking in nature, and filmmaking/film studies.

One of my favorite things about teaching is getting students excited to learn with fun and engaging lessons. This enables them to be successful, to feel good about themselves, and to want to learn more. As a lifelong Spanish speaker who lived in Mexico for 5.5 years, I love teaching Spanish. I graduated with a BA in Drama from UT Austin, and received my MA in Educational Psychology and Counseling from UTSA. I am also certified to teach Drama and Spanish, have taught both subjects, and have tutored children and adults in Spanish.
