I will be a junior Science-Business major at the University of Notre Dame and hope to attend medical school after graduation. I have been tutoring math for a few years now and absolutely love it. I enjoy teaching math because to the student who doesn't understand, it is a riddle with no answer. By teaching them how to recognize the type of problem and how to decode the clues, the student gets to be on the other side of the riddle, the side on which they solve it and feel good about it.

I am a current Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota studying social psychology. I received a B.A. in Psychology and Mathematics/Statistics from Luther College in 2016, as well as completing a minor in environmental studies. I was a math tutor for three years as an undergraduate and worked primarily with first and second-year undergraduates in Pre-calculus and Calculus I.
