Physiology Tutoring review by Justin in Madison, WI
We covered plants and photosynthesis. Specifically, we discussed the various steps in which photosynthesis takes place, and the various kinds of plants such as C-3 and CAM plants. There were some questions from his last exam in which we went over his incorrect answers. He did not struggle with anything in particular in regards to plants but wanted some affirmation that he knew the material, and after going over his past exam's incorrect questions, he understood his mistakes. I suggested purchasing another review book specifically for the mock exams that are usually included in them as well as looking at a particular website to help reinforce the material we discussed today.

Physiology Tutoring review by Michael in Madison, WI
This was a good one hour session. We looked at gases previously, so we now are looking at solids, liquids, and transition states. We briefly looked at the crystal lattice structure of solids as well as simple cubic, body centered cubic, and face centered cubic organizational structure among ionic crystalline solids. We then looked at both nonpolar and polar liquids. More than likely the Ion-dipole interactions will not be studied here, but if they are needed we can certainly look at them in depth.
