What concepts can I study during an Orlando USMLE prep course?

If you're taking Step 1, you are preparing for a lengthy multiple-choice science test that covers everything from the renal system to behavioral health. You have seven hours to answer 240 multiple-choice questions, meaning that you need to maintain your concentration for a long time. However, questions are split between seven 60-minute blocks, meaning that time management is of the essence despite the length of the exam. Your instructor can show your class proven test-taking strategies to help you work quickly without rushing.
Step 2 is divided into a Clinical Knowledge test and a Clinical Skills test. The Clinical Knowledge exam has a similar format to Step 1, except you have to answer even more questions (316) over eight hours. The Clinical Skills test is a practical exam measuring how effectively you can communicate with patients and colleagues alike. If you're an introvert who isn't looking forward to getting graded on your social skills, you can role-play scenarios with your classmates so that you understand what is expected of you.
Step 3 is divided into two days. On Day 1, you have approximately 233 more multiple-choice questions to answer over six hours. Unlike the other exams, these questions center on medical fields such as oncology and pediatrics instead of more general scientific knowledge. On Day 2, there's a mix of multiple-choice items (180 divided into six 45-minute blocks) and computer-based case simulations designed to mimic the experience of working with patients in real time. Your instructor might have your class go through practice simulations so that you have some experience making important medical decisions before your testing date.
