In this tutoring session, the student learned many Chinese words and discussed some interesting topics about China. She first talked about the weather today, and she also reviewed some words such as "kuang feng" and "nuan qi." Later, we discussed whether men and women are equal in United States and in the world in Chinese. She also shared a booking she is reading. Then we discussed whether democracy can be applied to China in Chinese. At the end of the lesson, we reviewed the new words we used in this lesson.

The student is good at understanding and she's a focused student. In the last session, we continued working on dialogues and new words in it. The dialogues were about family and working. Using the workbook, we practiced writing the new words as well as speaking. At the end of the session, she was able to use the new words in a conversation with me.

The student and I began by reviewing for his test tomorrow. He needs to write so we focused on the characters that he has trouble remembering how to write. After, he did some of his homework assignments. The assignments were for the new chapter vocabulary. We talked about the new grammar a little bit as well. We will review more of that tomorrow. Good luck tomorrow.
