I am a recent graduate of Emory University, where I studied Mathematics and Philosophy. I have over three years of experience tutoring middle-school to high-school students in math, science, and test prep. I think every student learns differently, and the most important job of a tutor is to tailor his or her style of teaching to each student's unique way of thinking.

I'm a college junior majoring in Creative Writing and Comparative Literature at Emory University. I've worked as a student assistant at the Benjamin Franklin Academy in French and English, and I have ample experience helping students one-on-one or in small groups. I'd like to someday become an English professor. When I'm not tutoring, I love playing board games with my friends, seeing local music or curling up with a good book.

I've always loved helping people, even my friends when we were in the same classes. It brings me a lot of satisfaction when I help a student feel more confident in what they are learning. It is so rewarding when I am able to relieve the stigma of certain subjects, especially math, in order for a student to perform well.
