I am a current student at the University of North Florida working towards a Bachelors of Art in Spanish with a minor in Psychology. I am currently working as a substitute teacher and although I focus mainly on elementary school children, I spent a year teaching middle school before I became a substitute. I love teaching because I feel that education is the single most important element of any young person's life. When I teach, I find it is most important to cater directly to the needs of the individual to ensure that my teaching style works for them. The more one on one attention I can give a student, the more successful that student tends to be. I am fluent in Spanish and naturally enjoy sharing the language and culture with my students. I also enjoy teaching and tutoring math. In my spare time, I exercise frequently, dance, and take frequent trips to the local zoo.
