Extracurricular activities are the reason kids get into college with a low SAT/ACT score. If schools focus more on how important activities are a lot more students will get into college base on talent and hobbies. Furthermore, it should be important for schools to requite that to graduate high school. On the other hand, not all students who graduate go to college, but many jobs want a full resume in order to get hired.
To move on, every student has a gift in something so high schools need to push their kids into clubs and sports. Some might say that the school is to small to have that many activities for that many kids but, if each club and sport have 30-50 people in it the school would have many stellar reviews. To continue, some people can not afford to pay for such sports if this situation comes up, each club and sport can pay for up the two kids to play in that activity. There should be no reason why teens can not be at least partial involve at their high school. high school id such an important time for teens and they need to share it with other kids who have the same interest as them. In order to do that schools need to push their kids into becoming who they really are. Last, colleges and jobs will pay attention to the school of kids with many hobbies and talents.
