For the upcoming school year, my aspiration is to continue excelling academically. I aspire to gain deeper, hands-on experience that prepares me for my career as a pediatric physician assistant. I plan to improve my GPA even further, expand my knowledge through research and volunteer opportunities in healthcare settings, and participate in student organizations/events that promote service and community engagement. I also want to strengthen my professional skills through networking, so I am fully prepared for graduate school and the demands of my future career.
What motivates me to achieve these goals is a combination of personal passion and the values I've held from a young age. Growing up in a humble household, I experienced the importance of compassion, perseverance, and education as tools for building my future. My family’s sacrifices—especially my mother’s tireless efforts to support our large household—remind me daily why I should work hard. I also get motivation from the children and families I will one day serve. Knowing that my education will give me the foundation to make a substantial difference in the lives of those who need it most keeps me focused, even when faced with obstacles.
For me, this school year is another step toward my long-term goal of marrying medical care with community support. I believe that every class I take, every skill I develop, and every challenge I overcome will bring me closer to becoming the kind of healthcare professional who not only treats illness, but also uplifts and empowers the people I serve.
