My Capstone Project by Edwin - December 2016 Scholarship Essay

The school accomplishment I am most proud of is being able to finish my Capstone project on time, being able to complete it and being able to write a minimum of ten pages. I am proud of this accomplishment because it’s a huge senior project with a huge impact on my grade. Being able to complete it gives me a boost of confidence that I know I can achieve and overcome obstacles this big. This project to me is another obstacle that I have to overcome in my education. In college they will ask to write papers this long and now that I was able to complete my capstone project, I have great confidence in myself to be able to understand future projects and assignments like this in college.
Also I’m proud of this accomplishment because I was able to be focused and do my research on my topic based on presidential qualifications. It was not an easy task, it was not fast and it sure was not pleasant to do. Yet I was able to complete it, so I'm proud of how much I was able to complete, how much research I was able to find out and how much I was able to write on my topic of interest. I was able to express why the presidential qualifications should be changed and why they should add new qualifications. This is a major accomplishment for me because it is such an important assignment and a huge senior project and I was able to finish it.
