An Unforeseeable Future by Aryn - December 2015 Scholarship Essay

The future can be a scary thing. People often wonder how their future will unfold. People wonder who they will marry, what job they will acquire, and how successful they will turn out to be. No one knows for sure what the future will be like, but that does not stop them from dreaming of what it could be like.
When I imagine my life in ten years, I imagine that I am surrounded by my very own little family: good Christian husband, two beautiful children, a boy and a girl, and, of course, a little puppy. I hope to live in a cute farm house far away from any people.
As for my career, I plan on starting up a business with my sister in graphic design. It has always been my dream to be my own boss and to be able to work with my sister. In ten years, I hope to be very successful in making that dream come true.
You cannot dream of what you future will be like without thinking about financial situations. In ten years, I hope that my business will prosper and that my family will be comfortable with finances, hopefully a little too comfortable. Nothing would make me happier than to be able to provide my future children with anything they ever wanted.
The only way I could ever make this dream come true is with a college education. An education in what people love is how all dreams come true. No matter what career someone chooses, whether it be acting, teaching, or baking, getting an education is the key to being successful. An education will definitely make my dreams come true, without it achieving them would be nearly impossible.
