I grew up in Taiwan and came to the USA when I was fourteen years old. Because of this background, I am fluent in both Chinese and English. I recently finished my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and minor in History at the University of Washington (Seattle campus) and I am going to start dental school at NYU next school year. Science and math have always been my strong subjects and I love learning more about our natural world. In my senior year of high school, I got my first tutoring opportunity. I tutored Calculus to another student from my high school and I've enjoyed teaching ever since. I always try to do my best to prepare for each tutoring session and help the students to build confidence in the subjects. I will also find more resources for my students because I believe practice makes perfect!
