I am currently writing and analyzing data from my doctorate research study conducted on teacher learning communities in an online learning environment. By using informal and formal screeners along with pre assessments - I will always have a map of where to take any tutoring session. Having an academic and practical elementary/middle school application understanding of data definitely enforces corrective instruction, reteaching, or content enrichment that will occur. I have also worked a great deal with middle school students in pilot programs that center around blended and asynchronous learning. I am entering my 6th year as an elementary/middle school teacher. I have worked with students in grades 2-8th and bridge programs for students 9-11. My focus has been in math, ELA, technology, and science (5th/8th).
