Dear Varsity Tutors association,

I hope to bring change into my intended career field by having the upmost respect, care and genuine love for my residents.The career field that I have chosen is to become a registered nurse. There has been many occasions where I've seen the work staff treat there residents very poorly,I want to come into the nursing field and be a example to others on how you should treat your residents regardless of race,religion or gender. I have meaning goals as to become a nurse and one out of many is to also to protect them from the people who are mistreating them, I can take the issues I see and report the issue to higher authority to make sure things of that sort don't happen again. Ever since I was little I loved helping my grandpa with his insulin and taking his blood sugar. I always thought it was fun to do them simple things for him so as I got older I knew that becoming a nurse was my calling.I decided to go to a trade school for nursing an when we to clinical's I was helping a staff member out she wasn't being very pleasant to a resident because she couldn't hear. I knew what she was doing wasn't right so my partner an I took it to the head nurse an she put a report on her. I know that I don't want anything but the best for my residents so that's why I intended to have a career as a nurse.
