My loving and kind mother is the person who has inspired me academically throughout my entire life from when I was in kindergarten with two pigtails to college where I must stand on my own. She received a Masters degree while working a job during her college career. She took night classes and worked in the job morning to pay for her classes. Thanks to her degree she is working at a job that she loves. Although sometime she needs to work long hours, she loves what she is doing. She has inspired me to follow a career and to have the perseverance to achieve the career goals I set up for.

Since I was a child and started getting grades for my school work she was the person who has supported me regardless of how I did. There are times were I get low grades and she was always there with a shoulder to cry on. During this time, she would tell me that I needed to get back up and keep trying. I was not allowed to let this one bump on the road define my entire life. Then, she helped me study for the next exam and she encourage me to do better the next time. This was just one time that she was there to encourage me to do better. She has been there through every step of my life.
