Over the past twelve years of my life, I have gone to school, studied for tests, set multiple goals, achieved them, and prepared myself for my future. Now that I am in college, I have a plethora of new goals I plan to achieve while I am better educating myself for my future. I have many dreams and aspirations I plan to make a reality now more than ever before. I am determined and willing to take the necessary paths to accomplish my goals that I have set for myself while I am in college. One of the goals I have set for myself to achieve while furthering my education is to study abroad in Italy.
For many years, I have been intrigued and interested in traveling to Italy simply for a vacation or a trip. However now that I have entered into the world of college and so many new opportunities are available for me to pursue, I have been informed of a way that I can both travel to Italy and continue to pursue my degree in Elementary Education. It has always been a goal of mine to travel to Italy, and now I will be able to do so in a way that I can continue to learn and attain my degree while studying abroad. Italy is a place that is rich in history, culture, and beauty, which makes it the perfect place for me to visit and a wonderful place to learn. Studying abroad will take me outside of my comfort zone, but it will also allow me to experience a new culture and a new place in a very unique way.
While studying abroad in Italy, I will have the chance to meet new people who can educate me on a different way of life, which will potentially help me in my future career. When I go to Italy, I will stay there for two weeks in order to get the most out of the trip. It will be extremely neat to be able to learn while also getting to do something I have wanted to do for many years. I plan to accomplish this goal during my senior year in college because I will be extremely close to attaining my degree and beginning my career as a teacher. Studying abroad will be a great experience for me because it will allow me learn and grow as a person in a single trip, which is why I am determined to attain this goal.
Goals are a wonderful outlet to make dreams come true. I have accomplished many goals in the past and I am determined to achieve many more while in college. By studying abroad, I will be able to achieve one of my lifelong goals and one of my college goals at the same time. Setting goals for myself is how I will be able to make my dreams become a reality. The one goal I am determined to accomplish while in college is to study abroad because it will allow me to learn about a foreign land, experience a new culture, embark on exciting adventures, meet unforgettable people, and grow as a person, so I can become to best teacher I can be for my future students.
