A leader is someone who leads by positive example. This individual is one who calmly and precisely goes about their business in a way that reflex's several characteristics such as calm, quiet, precise, ease and most importantly confidence. A true leader will listen and share ideas with those around them, come to a conclusion and implement.

A true leader is not born with those traits, but rather builds up to them through life's experiences. True leaders are individuals whom have that special way of getting a point across without turmoil and distain. A leader is one who can be trusted and has a track record of being successful. A true leader is one who has failed in the past and most likely will fail in the future, but will learn and overcome in those failures. A true leader is one who leads and never follows.

A leader has that special something that some simply never get the chance to showcase. Leaders will spend the time to research and determine what best recourse for success. Leaders are looked upon to take charge and command those around them to be accountable.

There are several different types of leaders. You can learn and not be a teacher. You can play and not be a coach. You can be verbal or lead by your motions. You can be in the way you look, the way you dress, the way you speak and the way you approach.

Leading by example will allow those around you to see what it takes to be a leader.
