How i impacted my school. by Minerva - November 2019 Scholarship Essay

Various ways i have impacted my school is becoming a involved student.
Being involved has made me prepared for my career pathway.
As a involved student i am currently a high school senior who is a band member in the South Houston Mighty Trojan Band, Hosa member, Hosa president,Health Practicum classes to become EKG Certified.
A positive way impact i have done for my school is being in band. Giving my time there for 4 years. the band has successfully got all 1's in our Marching Band Contest. For the South Houston High School its been almost 10 years the school earned such an award.Being a band member in the South Houston High School has made me understand to never up on what i am passionate about. From bad weather to very hot after school practices .
There's going to be hardships in life and as a individual we have to outcome those obstacles in life.
Band has made me such a responsible well taught student. To as always be on time, respect others, and to always improve.
As a member of Hosa. I have the honor to be President to such a great club.
Hosa has been my biggest impact throughout my 4 years as a student. From online testing, to conferences, to starting to challenge myself to become a leader. Like wise i have gave my time for Hosa for a part of my community,plan any school fundraisers to awesome event for kids to come and enjoy. A part of me where i have such a pleasure to help out with is with our MD Anderson Blood Drives. MD Anderson our new blood drive team has opened my eyes to prepare, help, and give to my community.
