The purpose of education in my opinion is to allow you as an individual to express you're interests when it comes to a career, advance your knowledge, and increase confidence in the work setting. Education allows the individual to explore different options of careers and jobs that are available. Each person has different interests than the next. This means that different individuals will travel down different career pathways.

Education serves a person to the individual so that they can perform at their best in society. Education is important to obtain and maintain a career. The purpose of education may mean something to me and not to another. It all depends on the level that education is important to you. Obtaining education will allow the individual to have increased confidence because they have a higher level of knowledge. Advancing your knowledge when it comes to your career is an important. It allows you to be at a higher level than the basic high school student which is something that is needed in most careers. The purpose of my education is to allow me to explore the different careers in the nursing environment. Nursing has always been a dream of mine and without advancing my education I will not be able to achieve it.
