Education is the cause of much of the order in society today. Even though it may not be as clear to a young student, education is extremely crucial for everyone. Not only does education prepare you for a life-long career, but it also teaches students the key concepts in life such as confidence, self-discipline, independence, and equality. As one gains more knowledge in school, he or she will realize that one of the highest purposes of an education is to learn how to successfully live as a respectable person.

It is important to understand the world that we live in, especially as an adult, and having an education all throughout elementary school to college is the easiest way to learn the special qualities that will teach you to do so. In the classroom, a number of the teacher’s main jobs include teaching the students how to respect others, be responsible for their actions, and become self dependent. Even though some may not find much significance in knowing how to solve equations in Calculus class, they will soon realize that they are also being taught a valuable quality, self discipline, by solving these problems.

Every lesson that is taught in school is beneficial in more than one way, and that is powerful for every student to remember. The purpose of education is to teach the key qualities of being an honorable person. By learning how to obtain these qualities, it will be easier to live a happy and stable life.
