Success by Makenzie - February 2021 Scholarship Essay

Through my eyes I see success as a goal you have finally reached and a time in your life where you finally have everything you ever hoped for. Success in graduate school or college to me means that you are in the field you wanted to be in and going down the right path and sees that bright future ahead.
In college or graduate school success is something that you don't just get overnight it is long hard days where you wanna give up but don't. Days where you don't wanna get up or communicate with anybody. To have success takes strength and determination to get to your goal and in order to succeed you have t fail. At one point in time people are gonna fail before they succeed. Getting to success is not no easy thing it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. In college or graduate school it takes those falling times for you to get back up and keep reaching for that goal. Success in college is attending classes not skipping not out partying all the time, success is that up all night doing projects and homework and studying for those tests. Success is passing and getting good grades so that you graduate and be on top and finally reaching that goal and getting your dream career. Success in college isn't you being there it is all that you are doing while there, being apart of clubs and doing right in the sight of others as well as staying on top with academic work and pursuing that in your career field.
Success to me means you reaching a time in your life where you finally have everything you wanted and I define it like that because to me everyone is successful but when you finally are at a spot in life where you have that dream job and your really happy with where your at in life I call that success because you finally worked for everything that you have and that is not easy. Success comes to those who really work for it and wants to do great and achieve because life is not easy at all it is not an overnight thing to just become successful it takes long hard days and emotionally and physically challenging you to get to where you need to be.
