All my life I was taught the importance of education. It was my pathway to success. Along the way I have come across very special people, teachers, whose job is to better society by educating the children of the future. When I meet someone for the first time, I look for certain qualities that could help myself, as an individual, increase my chance for achievement. The most important quality I feel is communication. In the past, I have had teachers that have had issues with communicating information in a way that makes the material understandable to me as a student. There is no chance to retain any of what was taught that day, week, month, or year. To be able to retain information, having an understanding is critical.
Hopefully by conversing with students clearly and thoroughly, this will increase the learning capability of those who wish to benefit from their education. This suggests that the teachers care for and are concerned about providing a more secure and focused environment in which it is comfortable for both the teacher and student. The simplest skills of communicating and understanding make all the difference in how well a scholar performs in their academic career; why is this so crucial to college? Everything that elementary, middle, and high school curriculum covers, is supposed to deem you as “Career and College Ready.” The administration wants to make sure that after having twelve years of exceptional care, we are placed in an environment that makes us feel content on our abilities.
