Attending College Is Important by Jada - April 2020 Scholarship Essay

Whether you want to be a doctor, teacher, or lawyer college will always get you there. College leads you in the path to success. Doctors go to school for about eight to eleven years to finally reach their lifelong dreams. While college might seem like a “just an addition” to life its essential for your future.

Attending college gives you an experience of a lifetime. Going to college allows you to network, make new friends, and figure out where you’re comfortable. Whether you’re five miles or five-hundred miles you’ll still find ways to adjust to your college, the surrounding places, and the people.

Going from living with your parents to living by yourself is a huge responsibility. But it’s a great opportunity for you to learn to grow as an individual. Paying bills, figuring out a budget, and preparing your own meals can be a tough adjustment. Which all lead to growth and a great responsibility.

Overall attending college is important. College has a huge impact on your future, gives you the opportunity to experience life differently, and attending college allows you to grow as an individual. College may seem like an addition now but its essential for your future.
