With Education by Halle - December 2014 Scholarship Essay

With education I have succeeded and will succeed in the goals I've had since I could remember. With out education I wouldn't know what I want to go into in college and I probably would have a terrible job. Instead I know I want to be an architect and I have a great job. Education has taught me more than just how to complete a problem in algebra but has helped me learn about the world and about being an educated adult. I believe education has also helped me help people with their work.

I believe education, since I was a little girl, has helped me figure out my future career. Without education I wouldn't be able to solve math problems which is obviously required for architecture. I also believe education has shaped the way I think about math. Most of my friends HATE math and I think it's because they don't understand it as well as I do.

Education isn't only solving problems in a class; it helps solve problems in the real world. For example, when I'm at work at the cash register and the customer uses money instead of a card then I have to have the skills and education to know how much money I give back to them. Education has helped me in many other ways in the really world as well.

When one of my friends or my little sisters are stumped on a problem, I do my absolute best to try and help them with the problem. If I don't know how to help them, I usually find someone else to help them that knows the problem. I really do enjoy helping people with their work or assignments. Helping people can also help me when it comes to education.

I love to be educated and I love to learn. Education has helped me through my life goals and in the real world too. Helping people become more educated also is very fun for me. Education is my life and I love to learn.
