When it comes to school and grades, it is impossible to succeed unless you study. Since grade school we have been informed to always study and have even been taught the many mechanisms of studying that can possibly lead to excellent grades. For me, the best thing to do is to make note cards. Note cards give you the ability to create a pattern inside your head and you pick it up as you continue to go through them. If I am studying vocabulary words, I will traditionally put the word on one side and the definition on the other side. Along with that, I would also ask someone to quiz me. A friend or relative can easily help by going through the cards and asking me the word that describes the definition that was read to me.

Studying is indeed one of the biggest downfalls of school and it is mainly why so many students do not have the ability to pass classes throughout high school and college. If a student doesn’t have a stable studying mechanism, failure is being set up.

Note cards have always worked for me and will continue to facilitate me as I move forward to complete my AA degree.
