My 10 year career plan involves attending college and graduating with a degree in agriculture. My main focus is crop production and also maintenance with animals. I aspire to be a farmer who has many resources accumulated so I can grant them to people. 10 years is a long time and the fear I have is going through life with no career accomplishments.
As time goes by I feel like I have emptiness inside me. In order to have been sucessful I need to have financial stability in this field. Today's world is a world that operates off money and labor. Almost all conflict can be solved with money and labor and agriculture consist of both.
Although money is just a slip of paper it can be used as a tool to jump start your career. Career success in 10 years can be measured on a scale of how may relationships you've had. In order to survive in the world you're obligated to make crucial connections with others. Although I am not an outspoken person, developing social skills is another pathway to my career success.
A list of partners in my career field I can depend on is a form of success as I enjoy making new connections. My career bucket list also has to be fulfilled in order for me to count myself successful which is finishing an agricultural pathway. The opinions of others matter when determining your career and life status. The reason being is because an outside perspective will always give insight on what your tunnel vision cannot see. We all know a family member whose opinion matters and those who will tell you about yourself. Therefore I must make use of the 10 years by earning a bachelors and getting hands on experience.
