Leadership skills are very important for college success in many ways. Leaders are some of the most successful people in the college hemisphere. When a problem arises with classes or anything applying to college, a leader will know what to do or figure out how to fix the problem. Leaders have strong motivation and determination to succeed. Leaders will know how to get a job done and on time. Success comes from determined people who want to accomplish more for themselves and make something of themselves. To achieve a high success in a world like today, it is most likely due to how good of a leader you are.

One thing I think makes a great leader is how they handle a situation. Leaders have to be completely focused on the present and in a task. If a leader is living in the moment, they are more likely to accomplish more and enjoy their task. One way to fix the present, if a person is having difficulty living in the moment, is to look at the past to find out what to do. If the past shows someone past mistakes that they can learn from, it can make the present better. To make the future more bright from the present moment, a leader needs to plan for their future. The more they plan for things in the future, the more successful their future will look.

Becoming a leader in college takes a lot of work and dedication. The more someone prepares for college, the easier success will come. These are a few things I believe show how leadership skills are important for college success.
