Mathematics and sciences is an important part to helping the society. If children and adults struggle to understand math and science, teachers are the main core of building the foundation towards mathematics and sciences. Future teachers need to remember the goal is helping students to understand how mathematics and sciences can be easy and simple.
A few teacher are looking at the benefit towards the career. Vocation after teaching student for the next grade level is a reward. Few teachers do not prepare a class for the next lesson of today. These teachers only see a pay check and summer vocation as the best part of their jobs. If the few teachers blowing themselves with money and vocation, they are not doing what is their passion a teacher's motivation is getting students to understand subjects like mathematics and science. The main goal of a teacher is helping students figure it out difficult subjects in their own way.
Teachers can wonder about students learning abilities, but test taking materials like STAAR at other challenging layer if most of the students did not perform well they show unsuccessful by the instructor. Some teachers cannot cover most of the materials in a certain amount of time, and they can help the common subject areas. After school tutoring is another way to provide the one-on-one tutoring in subjects of mathematics and science, but very few teachers will do after school for free. Teachers need to see the end goal towards their students.
Teaching is not a easy jobs. Besides helping students, teachers are getting paid less for their hard work. Students are very important, but instructions provide the knowledge to them. Each teacher cannot provide for themselves with a low income, and some of the reasons why certain teachers do not care about teaching the material correctly. As public schools are not showing success, teachers will be replaced by computers. Teachers need to fight for the passion to show the interest towards their students in mathematics and science.
Teacher should not fear about being replaced, instead of seeking towards easy job. Teachers can be leaders to show passion and help students in mathematics and science.
