Technology plays a huge issue in our society because it can be utilized to improve teaching and learning. Technology in a classroom makes learning more interactive, fun, and easier. Technology also gives the opportunity and ability to teachers to come up with more interesting and creative ways to teach, furthermore, with technology there are no limitations, we can access information outside books.

I experienced the difference in having technology or not in a classroom, and definitely I can say that with technology we as students enjoy more the process of learning and teachers teach in a better way. I used to live in Mexico and I didn’t have the same technology as I have here in the U.S., and In my experience, I can say that I enjoy and like more school, I took some subjects that are the same here and in Mexico, and I learned more here than in Mexico because for me, here everything is easier and in a way, it motivates us more to keep learning.

In my experience, technology has a big impact on me in the process of learning and enjoy my classes. English is not my first language so technology has given me the accessibility to have a computer and internet in my classroom and that has helped me a lot because I can use a translate whenever I don’t understand something, additionally, some teachers in their class play some videos related to the topic we are viewing and it makes it more interesting, or easier to understand something because children often struggle to stay on task or interested, and with resources to help the teacher, they can better stay focused and learn faster.
