Who has inspired me academically? My older cousin Maggie Deas inspires me. She works hard to achieve what she wants. Not only work hard but she also doesn't let no one discourage her or get in the way of her success. My cousin has a lot of potentials and she is very smart. Maggie would never settle for less, she goes for the highest point in anything and I believe it's amazing because she never gives up. No matter how hard things get for her she won't give up and never will until this day. Maggie stands out from the crowd and she’s the best leader for anyone.

Maggie has really encouraged my success by pushing me. I’m a self-motivated person but she encourages me when I felt like something was too hard for me. She also introduced me to different opportunities when it comes to things. She also makes challenges for me so I can better myself. Maggie showed me how to branch out from others and start making my own challenges for myself. Having her a part of my life has really changed the person I am and my standards. I will not settle for less and keep pushing to reach the goal that I want in life. No matter how hard my senior get, Maggie has really encouraged me to believe I can be successful. I also believe that I can do anything I put my mind to.
