What are leadership skills to you? Leadership skills are people that make the right decisions and they are not a follower.Leaders do what they know is right.A leader is someone that knows what to do in tough situations and tries to help others make good decisions as well.Leadership skills are definitely necessary to be successful in college.Leadership skills are imperative because in college you need to be your own leader.Like, studying when you really need to versus going to hangout with friends.Of course, that'd be the easier way out.Hanging out with friends will not help me out with the future. Choosing the right decision for that matter would show that you're a great leader for myself and also that you're not a follower.You don't do "the cool thing."Being a leader in college will help so much which,will help you to have a better future.

Being a leader would also assist you in life as well.Having leadership roles will help you in all aspects of life.Like, being a leader will help you gain confidence because you know you're doing something right.That's a good feeling knowing you really can achieve and accomplish your goals.Leaders have goals and they set out to attain them. A leader is someone that has set out to good things for themselves.That's why in college you need to be your own leader.
