I am a graduate of Benedictine University where I received my Bachelors of Science in Biology. I later furthered my studies in obtaining a Master's in Science Education at University of Illinois at Chicago where I also got my teaching license. Thereafter, I taught in Chicago as a teacher for 3 plus years with a focus in subjects like biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and algebra. I am passionate about the sciences and want to help my students not only appreciate the beauty within it but also have experiences in helping with mathematics, test prep, healthcare, post secondary decisions, and more! Outside of teaching I love cooking, walking, yoga, spending time with family, traveling, and learning about new cultures (ask me about my time when I lived in Japan if interested)! I am a strong believer in education and will do my best to help student's realize their potential which is the key to unlocking all the treasures of this world.
