I love helping students achieve their goals. I'm a Columbia University grad with over 25 years of experience as a professional journalist, academic editor, and writing instructor. I have a solid record of helping university applicants gain admission to choice schools, students with diverse backgrounds boost grades, and writers become published authors.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to writing mentorship, I am able to offer useful tips about top-tier universities based on personal experience. After earning an English degree from Mount Holyoke College, I worked as an international journalist before receiving an MA and several awards from Columbia University. I earned a PhD from Bristol University in England, attended Harvard and Oxford universities, and authored and edited acclaimed books that are available in renowned libraries around the world. For over a decade I mentored hundreds of academics and writers at Central European University, where I established a fellowship program before returning home to Boston.
