Certified Tutor

I am a graduate from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. While obtaining my undergraduate degree, I was a tutor, TA, and Supplemental Instructor for College Chemistry I and II, including Honors Chemistry. After graduating, I held a long-term substitute position for AP and Honors High School Chemistry. I then taught 8th grade science for 1 year. I stopped teaching to become a stay-at-home mom. I now have 3 (almost 4!) little munchkins. I enjoy teaching a ton and have decided to tutor to keep up my love for it!
I believe that enthusiasm for a subject is key to helping students succeed. I love chemistry and physics and especially love to see students succeed at these difficult subjects.
In my spare time (?!?) I enjoy reading proper romance novels, running, swimming, and biking. First triathlon (hopefully!) coming August 2018!
