It is my passion as a higher education facilitator to help the students in my charge to meet their fullest potential. As facilitator and tutor, I believe that the classroom should be conducive to establishing such an environment in which the teacher is a guide, which promotes the active learning of the students.
As a facilitator and tutor, I intend to provide adequate time and space to use materials that reinforce the lesson being studied, create an opportunity for individual discovery and construction of knowledge to occur and hands on-activities to apply the lessons taught.
