Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Towson University--go Tigers! I received my Bachelor of Science in English with a concentration and certification in Secondary Education. I currently work as a middle school Reading and Language Arts teacher. I genuinely enjoy what I do in the classroom. My interests carry over into tutoring. I like to work one on one with students of all different ability levels: struggling, on grade level, and advanced. Most of my passion is with reading comprehension, writing skills, and public speaking. I strongly believe that education is the foundation on which a quality life is built. Education is a key component for all students of all ages and interest levels. I try to instill a positive attitude toward learning in all my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading a good book, writing poetry and short stories, and trying new things. My resolution for this year is to learn photography.
