Hi I'm Rachel Matson! I am a senior at Indiana University studying merchandising, and I am an aspiring special education teacher. I have a lot of experience working with young kids from teaching dance, field hockey, tutoring math and reading. I think asking questions is so important for learning growth and it is something I encourage my students to do. Additionally, I know that everyone learns differently, so communication is key to make sure I am teaching in the best way for students to learn.

I enjoy art in many different forms. I am a dancer and have been all of my life! I also love to paint and draw. I think art plays a big role in education and is something that I try to incorporate into my teaching.
