I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor's in Spanish. I have been an adult ESL instructor at a non-profit, tutored my peers in Geometry, mentored Apprentice Opticians to certification, taught music theory and saxophone in a music school. All these experiences taught me learning is a life long journey and every person learns in a slightly different way than the next. Every brain is wired a little differently and that is the exciting part for me to discover together with my students because learning and how your brain absorbs knowledge is just as important like two sides of the sane coin.

Hobbies

I taken up drawing, sketching and journaling. This was a passion I have pushed to the side for a few years due to work but have found to be very therapeutic. Lately I have picked up my saxophone and working on covers for "Trampoline" by SHAED, "Hello" by Adele and a couple more. Stay tuned. :D
