I have 17 years of teaching experience in the area of Special Education. I have taught children as young as three years old while working for the Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV in Grove City, PA. My latest teaching assignment was at Grove City Area High School where I was the Life Transitions teacher for students ages 13-22. I am passionate about helping struggling learners gain necessary skills. Implementing individualized instruction to meet the needs of all learners is my primary goal.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Special Education from California University of PA, my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and my Special Education Supervision Certificate from Slippery Rock University.
I am interested in tutoring young children in basic reading, math, and writing as well any individual with a learning disability.
