I earned a BS in elementary education and special education from MTSU in 1990 and a MA in curriculum and instruction
from Tusculum College in 1994.
I received an endorsement to teach English as a second language from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1999.
I have been teaching for more than 30 years and have worked with adult, university, and student learners of all ages and at all ability levels.
I have worn the hats of public school teacher, lead teacher, teacher trainer, college adjunct, adult education instructor, private in person tutor, and remote tutor.
I believe we all have much to learn from each other.
