Hello, I am Tyler. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Chemistry from the University at Albany, along with two Associate's Degrees from SUNY Dutchess - one in Criminal Justice, one in Liberal Arts & Sciences focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. I've graduated Magna Cum Laude in all of my Degrees, with GPAs reaching well into the High 3's and 4's for all of my semesters.

I have taught classes professionally in the SUNY system as a professional tutor, as well as a TA for Chemistry Laboratory sections at Albany. I have plenty of experience with one-on-one along with managing large groups of over thirty students. Generally, I can work with students of all ages, as I have worked with younger crowds at the elementary and high school levels with the fundamentals of mathematics, sciences, as well as their writing and social studies. However, this does not prevent me from helping more advanced students, especially the collegiate who are looking to pursue advanced degrees in the Sciences. I have a plethora of experience with assisting students with their writing assignments, where I can help with both proofreading and planning to create a great essay or report.

The students should be the top priority of any session. Ensuring that they are fully engaged and are making the best use of their time is the most important thing any teacher can provide for them. Students can expect their first session to be filled with planning and preparation for their future; making plans for their improvement and setting goals for them to achieve. Everyone learns differently, and some students can expect a friendly and more fun approach to learning with games being implemented while others can focus on more serious and goal-focused learning. Either way will lead to orienting the student to improving themselves in ways that they react to best.
