I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. My professional teaching licensure is for 7th-12th grades English and Speech/Oral Comms. I am also E.S.O.L. endorsed. I have additional experience teaching Biology, Foundations in Health Care, Adult Ed., and Reading Intervention. I especially enjoy working with students to improve their writing skills and discover their voice. I firmly believe that ALL students deserve a quality education that is specific to their needs, and I embrace diversity. I am a strong supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and welcome learners of all cultures, ethnicities, and abilities.
