I have a Master's Degree in Education, Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Health Education and Physical Education teaching. I am a volunteer EMT and Firefighter and have held several leadership roles in these departments including the Chief. I enjoy coaching athletics (basketball, soccer, softball and rugby) and teaching a variety of subjects including: Health, Physical Education, Math, Science, First Aid, CPR & AED. In my spare time I like to be outside hiking, 4-wheeling, kayaking or laying in a hammock.
