While attending ODU for my Bachelor and Master degree, I was fortunate enough to hold multiple tutoring positions working with a wide variety of learners. Since graduating, I've kept my hand in the game working with my niece and nephew as they progress through their schooling. As cliche as it may sound, the biggest lesson I've learned throughout my years as a tutor, is that each mind operates differently. I believe that the most effective method to approach learning is to tailor each lesson to the individual such that eventually; not only academically, but personally as well.
