I hold a BA in History from the University of California Riverside (graduating in 2 years) and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Southern California specializing in health education. I just completed 2 years of a 6-year BS/MD program with Cleveland State University and Northeast Ohio Medical School with a 3.95 GPA. I am a dedicated student who enjoy teaching fellow classmates along with volunteering in the community.

Prior to moving to Ohio, I participated in the highly-selective program known as Teach for America. Teach for America sends the brightest young college students to some of the lowest performing schools in the country with a minimum commitment of two years. I stayed a total of four years at my placement school. During that time I made tremendous gains with my students, focusing on AP exams, the ACT exam, and college entry programs. I had the highest pass rate in both the AP Calculus and AP Statistics exams in the school's history along with an average of a 4 point increase among the students that took his after school ACT Prep program.

I firmly believes that if given the opportunity and the right environment students can learn anything.I look forward to working with families and students to strive for the best in themselves and in doing so, hopes to help them realize their dreams and ultimately their full potentials.
