I believe in creating the best for ourselves. The world is a difficult place that we underestimate when we are young. At every corner we shall be tested. With a positive attitude, discipline and hard work we can overcome those obstacles. But we should find ways to enjoy ourselves in the process. It's my job to create a comfortable environment where a student can feel at ease and willing to take risks, to experiment, to fail and then get back up. People best learn by falling down. I encourage mistakes and risks. If it's an essay, write whatever you feel. I'm here to tutor, so we can just go back and edit work until it's right. If we never give our students a sense of success and ownership over their work it will hard for them to feel invested in it. I want every student walking away from a sessions saying "I earned that."
