I love the art of student success since working with learners as an Ivy Tutor because I customize the lessons to each student who needs a particular pathway: together we achieve successful grade jumps, gains in content mastery, and skills in moving forward to the Ivy.

A big reason I work with Varsity Tutors is the platform: co-learning with co-Tutors, with quick and yet consistent scheduling, and not least, the ease of access to supplemental materials are additive to what I and your other teachers/family can provide.

I give notes to student and parents, each tailored to improvement, but also, to DOCUMENT work and ACHIEVEMENT.

I make sure to do this because I want there to be triangulation between what the family can know and have documented for the unity of perspective in occurrence for every session. This is what I consider respect, to protect families from confusion over students' gains.

A series of so-called field memos to back up the student's recollection of the study session events makes us all work better together when college applications time comes around. As coordination comes for data-driven test prep, content gaps can be ID'd ahead, cutting waste on $ cycle, + giving students better time organization.
